Privacy Policy

Who handles your data. ManuPekena Biscuit, operating in Antonina and Morretes, Paraná, Brazil. For privacy matters: manupekenabiscuit@gmail.com.

What we collect. Only what you type into the corporate quote form — name, company, email, estimated quantity and timing — and whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email when ordering a piece. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. The site's fonts are served from our own domain rather than an external CDN — no third party receives your IP address when you open these pages.

What we use it for. Answering your request, preparing a quote, agreeing on lead time and delivery. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your data.

How long we keep it. Contact details from quotes that didn't close: up to 12 months. Data from completed orders: for as long as Brazilian tax law requires.

Your rights. Brazilian data protection law guarantees that you may request, at any time, confirmation that your data is being processed, along with access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion, and that you may withdraw consent. Write to the address above; we answer within 15 days.

Embedded videos. These pages carry YouTube videos in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loaded only when you press play.

Site language. If you pick English or Spanish in the switcher at the top, we store that preference in your own browser (local storage), purely so we don't have to ask again on your next visit. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and it identifies no one.

Returns and exchanges

Seven-day right of withdrawal. Purchases made outside a physical store — by WhatsApp, email or marketplace — carry the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days of delivery, with no need to justify it (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). We refund the full amount, including the shipping you paid.

Faulty piece. You have 30 days from delivery to report it (Consumer Protection Code, art. 26). We replace the piece or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.

What is not a fault. Every piece is modeled by hand without a mold: small variations in color, texture and proportion from one piece to the next are a characteristic of the product, not a defect. The photos on this site show real examples, and what arrives will be similar, never identical.

Custom pieces. An order developed to your specification — with a brand, theme or color you defined — cannot be returned on change of mind once the artwork is approved, except for faults. Approval is always recorded in writing before production starts.

Terms of use

The site. The content of these pages — text, photographs, illustrations, the design and the visual identity — belongs to ManuPekena Biscuit. You are welcome to share links; reproduction for commercial use requires written permission.

The pieces. The models in the Atlantic Forest Collection and the candle line are original creations by ManuPekena. Purchase transfers ownership of the piece, not the right to reproduce it or manufacture it in series.

Third-party marks. The logos of clients and partners shown on this site belong to their respective institutions and appear only to identify real commercial and institutional relationships.

Prices and lead times. The values and production times shown on the site may change without notice. What counts is always what appears in the quote or the order confirmation.

Other language versions. The English and Spanish pages are a courtesy translation. In case of any divergence in interpretation, the Portuguese version prevails as the official one.

Company details

Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013 requires every selling website to display, in an easily accessible place, the company name, the CNPJ tax registration number and the physical and electronic address of the supplier.
